Delicate, black, transparent material! Wide and loose top from Noir that is made entirely out of delicate, black, transparent tulle. In a cold-shoulder cape style with a choker-style halterneck that is made out of power wet look. There are press studs at the front of the halterneck. Asymmetrical cut: short at the front and open, the arms and back are covered.
