Delicate transparency in an exclusive design! Dress with long sleeves from Noir that is completely made out of stretchy powernet and has a delicate velvet flock print in a floral design. Knee-length with a 18 cm long slit up the back of the dress. The stand-up collar is closed with a small button that sits above the oval cut-out at the back.
